Het Respect2Love Empowerment Program is an initiative from COC Netherlands and an important activity of the organization. Finding, coaching and supporting bicultural lgbtqi+ frontliners is essential for the empowerment and mobilization of people from the bicultural lgbtqi+ (queer bipoc*) community. With the empowerment program we hope to make more role models positively visible and to strengthen their influence on the Dutch LGBTQI+ movement.
This summer, Respect2Love is organizing the very first summer edition of the Respect2Love Empowerment Program. During the summer edition you will work for approximately seven weeks, every week with an interactive workshop or training to develop yourself. You will also follow online intervision/group coaching once a week to reflect on what you have learned. *bipoc: black, indigenous and people of colour |
